Great communication from the office regarding appointment times, when the technician will arrive, etc. Techs put... booties on their shoes in your house so they aren't tracking all over. All the techs I've had contact with have been respectful and helpful. They tell you what they're doing, why they're doing it, and show you how to check filters and replace things yourself if you want to. Travis was our tech this time, and he did a great job. I recommend them. UPDATE 2022, had to call for a service call and the technician arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue quickly and was in and out in about an hour. Very more

Brandon was one of the best service men i have ever had in my home. He was very polite knowledgeable and explained... every step of the process. Presented options and was honest with me about my choices and wasn’t price driven. I am a bit perplexed about my overall feelings regarding the companies process. The two workers that have been... dispatched to us were wonderful.Last night we had a great first experience with Anthony PHCE, which was clearing a clog in a drain pipe. And to our surprise, total amount we paid was actually less than the quote we received for just the service call/dispatch, and substantially less than what we have paid another well known Plumber in the Metro 3 years ago.Due to the low rate, quality of work, the cleanliness, the personality of the plumber, etc., we decided to call Anthony's again for them to fix/replace our outdoor spigots - a non urgent item on the to-do list.We were told the night before that quotes/prices can not be given over the phone - but with the low price we had received we really thought it would be reasonable. Well - I was shocked more than once during the consultation. I did not know that the entire hydrant has to be replaced, which would involve cutting into the ceiling of our completely finished basement. And not only that, but the overall charge to not only replace the spigot but another to cut a hole in the ceiling. And then, of course, which I did know, we still had to pay the dispatch fee. Overall, I feel like a simple consultation over the phone with a few preliminary questions and answers could saved us 7 hours of waiting for the worker (who again represented the company well) to show up, it could have saved him from driving, another person to be serviced quicker, and so much more, even if it would cost 1/2 or 1/3rd of the dispatch fee. edit - After this review they did call me to follow-up and refunded the $99 service call as they said it should have... been a free estimate for a replacement. They did seem interested in doing the right thing. Said they were having this issue with the web booking so be aware of that if you book an appointment online. original review below.I will say they had quick service. Used their messaging online at 9am and by noon had a tech out and he had a hot water heater in the truck ready to go. Beware they charge $100 service fee no matter what and this isn't clearly disclosed anywhere when I booked online other than a check box that repairs require a service fee (this wasn't a repair) and the tech doesn't tell you the cost when they arrive. They also don't take the fee off if you use their service. The quote was $2600 for a simple water heater replacement. Getting it done by a local plumber for less than 50% of that. Maybe that should be expected using a big box plumbing company but that seems insane for such a simple job. I called them out because I was ready to start one of those service plans where you pay monthly to have them service your equipment regularly they had a good plan but cancelled that idea after this quote.Lastly the tech that came out was so green he was going to have to have a supervisor out to help him which was going to delay installation and wasn't knowledgeable about options. So not sure the value in paying the extra cost for such more

Justin came for my scheduled plumbing maintenance visit. He was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and... understanding. Very honest and up front. He evaluated the plumbing in a house i bought recently and I learned a ton about what was going on with my plumbing, what to watch out for, how to prioritize maintenance and gave me thorough estimates on some maintenance items I need done. I love Anthony's ASAP service. Well worth it. And I definitely want Justin to come back and do some work for me. Anthony has replaced my furnace and AC and did a fabulous job, so I trust the company. Anthony's provide great, professional service. All technicians that come to my house have been on time, professional... and if any explanation is needed they are thorough. Brandon came to perform an electric check-up that is included in my ASAP maintenance plan. Although this service was free and Brandon was professional and thorough, the check list he left of what services should be done to make my house up to code was pretty astronomical... $510 to install 3 smoke detectors (although I already have 2 working smoke detectors). Two of the items on the list were on the fuse box panel that Anthony's installed for me just a year or so ago. ??? I was not home, but my son was so I have not had the chance to call and inquire about these particular items. Overall, I'm always satisfied with Anthony's service and more

A standard furnace maintenance turned into a broken damper, a furnace that wasn’t cleaned and/or plugged in. We went... without heat for 1.5 days, had to take another day off work to wait for another service. The second service tech cleaned the furnace, showed me how all the wires were hanging & not attached appropriately. The first tech stripped out some screws, thus there was no way to appropriately connect valuable parts. The company is giving us the run-around. They refuse to replace the stripped out part unless we paid $1800. They are not responding to our demand to fix the damper (they said we would need to pay $300 for this repair). We eventually had to hire a different company for a second opinion. It made us sick to learn how badly Anthony was taking advantage of us! The reputable company would charge $1000 for the stripped out component and $120 to fix the damper. We are in a holding pattern, waiting for Anthony to respond and do the right thing!! This review is an attempt to protect future customers from inviting this terrible company into your home!! Don’t do it! They spend $$ on advertising & not training their more

I have the Anthony’s membership where they come and check during the summer my AC, winter my Furnace and now they have... upgraded to also checking electrical. So yesterday I had my Furnace checked. I had Bronson, he was a nice guy, he came in, told me what all he was going to be doing. Said it would take about an hour or so to do all his testing then he would let me know if anything came about that needed attention. I have a super old humidifier that is hooked to my furnace, it wasn’t working so he told me my options. He could dig into it if I felt like my house had been humid and I wanted to get it fixed and how much a new part would be if that was the issue. Or he said I could just simply make sure it was off. I went with it being off. He had all the paperwork to show me what kind of stance my furnace was at, then told me as he was finished any upgrades that they offered and also sent them via email of a work up and pricing. In a few weeks I have my electrical check up. I really enjoy Anthony’s because with my membership they inform me when my checkups are due, it’s a small monthly fee (which actually they upgraded with the electrical and made cheaper monthly payment). I just bought my house so having them ensure everything is great has been fantastic for me. Everyone is always so professional. I’ve also had them do plumbing work for me. I also like they will get you scheduled and give a time frame and they are always there at the beginning of the time frame. No waiting around for someone to show more

They came within two hours of my call and connected my bath tub drains that another local company was unable to... complete in 4 weeks.Anthony’s was fast and did a great job!
