Our parent company, Full Nelson Plumbing Inc., has grown into the type of business I’ve always wanted to work for. From the beginning when my husband opened the business in 2003 and then brought me into the company in December 2012, I’ve had the pleasure of watching us grow and succeed. We’ve always had a focus on providing outstanding customer service, hiring knowledgeable outstanding plumbers, and now, heating and cooling technicians with the acquisition of a 25-year-old HVAC Company on March 1st, 2019.
We had the privilege to work with nearly every employee at Full Nelson; the crew joked we got the “Full Full Nelson”... experience. We are so grateful for each of them! Full Nelson did a WONDERFUL job fixing a gas leak in my condo. They communicated arrival times, provided a free... estimate, problem solved a complex issue other plumbing companies could not, and fixed it in a timely manner. I appreciated the friendliness, professionalism, and follow-up of the entire team - but especially Matt for working so hard to get my issue resolved. David and Matt came over to replace my sewage stack and did a great job! While it was an all day job, they were on time... and completed the job in a timely manner. After several years of giving my business to this company, I withdrew that business today. I've had a good experience... with the sales team and with the technicians that came into my home. However, after being rudely screamed at by a customer service lady and then hung up on, I will not tolerate this behavior from any company that is willing to take my hard-earned dollars and loyalty for granted. I agreed to purchase a maintenance agreement for my air conditioners as well as for my two furnaces. I was a little disappointed when they could not schedule my A/C check-up until the end of June - after it had been running for six weeks. Three days before that service was to be done, I was called by this customer service woman who said they needed to "bump me" because they had to do an emergency install for someone else. Okay, I was willing for that until she then told me I would be bumped all the way to the middle of August! Huh? Apparently, this A/C check-up isn't that important if it doesn't even need to be done until the end of the season. I protested that this revised date was not acceptable. She became irate and then tried to make me feel bad about denying service to others. After screaming (literally) at me over the phone, she hung up when I tried to reply. I hope no one else has this experience....up until now, my experience had been satisfactory. True colors come out when under pressure, I guess.read more
I had heard of Full Nelson from billboards and saw them recommended online. They were easy to schedule and explained... the payment process to front. My serviceman, Robb, was very professional and helpful. He explained exactly what was happening and have options. While he was servicing I discovered I needed gas pipe installed so he rearranged his schedule with the office and stayed to install this pipe so I could get my gas stove working. I did invest in their total care program and believe it’ll be worth it! 10% discount and they do preventative maintenance checks on everything. As a new homeowner, I’m glad to have their service.read more

They were quick to accommodate when my A/C went out. Service man came early so it didn't cost me another $100.00 for... emergency service. Found I needed a whole new unit, David scheduled an appointment with Sales Representative Corky Williams. He came the very next day and ahead of schedule. SUPER guy, explained to me ALL of my options, answered all my questions and was really super informative and knowledgeable, I was impressed. Picked my new unit, and to top it all off, Corky brought us a window unit to keep our house as cool as possible until the install date. He also topped it off with some homemade cookies. Had a fantastic experience with Full Nelson. I've used other plumbers in the area for minor fixes, and had "meh"... experiences. I decided to try someone new. Problem turned out to be very significant, a failed septic line that needed to be replaced, requiring a significant amount of work. Full Nelson was very honest and upfront with their work, and even helped me out with my insurance as we battled them for three months. Despite the delay, Full Nelson held to their original quote, came in an knocked the work out in two days. They were very professional. Corky was a great resource, he was very available and helpful as we looked through multiple options of how to handle the problem. He gave me multiple options, quotes, and was very amenable to all the questions I had. Very friendly, great guy. I also wanted to thank Robb, on the plumbing side. While all the work was being done, I asked if they could add a broken outdoor spigot to the list, as they were already there. He quoted me a very good deal, however they were unable to get to it during the main construction. However, he came out a week later, held to that cost and even did extra work that we hadn't agreed upon in the beginning to ensure the new spigot work. I am normally wary of posting 5 star reviews for a company who just did what you paid them to do. But I feel Full Nelson truly went above and beyond what I had expected them to do.read more

I am a first time homeowner and know absolutely nothing about home repair and maintenence. I turned on my A/C for the... first time this year and noticed that the air was barely flowing. Walt and Cody were very kind and professional in explaining that the issue was as simple as a full air filter. They didn't make me feel stupid and were very understanding with me. This company provided good information to help us make a decision to install a heat pump of high quality. They showed... up on time and did a great job installing the system. They made repairs to other systems that would improve the performance of our unit.Our heat pump is working great and we feel good knowing we have a system that is more environmentally friendly. Of course, saving money on utility bills is pretty good too.read more
We love Andrew from Full Nelson. The customer service department was great with working with our family's schedule.... Andrew was EARLY, professional, and took time to answer my questions and concerns about our thermostat going out, repairing it, and did our summer A/C service while he and his assistant were here. He provided quotes for replacing our A/C unit's motor and fan, gave us options for new units (ours is coming to the end of it's lifecycle), and gave recommendations for products that would be more energy efficient while being cost effective. Definitely going to keep using their service! Cody the professional and friendly technician that came to the house this... morning. Willing to answer my questions if and when I had them. Answered the ones I had with no issues. Kept me well informed throughout the process. Went over several options with me about the service before he started. That way I knew what to expect. Price was great for the service! Had everything taken care of in about an hour and a half! Of course that timeframe could change with each individual service! Our basement basement bathroom had backed up and it was well after Full Nelson’s working hours, but they do have a 24... hour line and I had put in a call to see if someone could come out to help us out. James showed up and quickly assessed the situation and found that our mechanical room was also backed up. He went to work on the problem immediately and was kind enough to squeegee our mechanical room as well during the visit. James did an excellent job of helping us with the issue, he was professional, answered any questions I had, and respectful of our property by wearing protective work shoe wraps while walking through the workspace. We have been impressed by Full Nelson and their employees when we have had work done in our house and James further reinforces our belief that they are an extremely friendly and professional service.read more
We have used Full Nelson a couple of times to install our toilets. They have also repaired our heating system. The... entire experience from the phone call to paying the bill is what you would expect from a business. Prior to arriving at our home we receive a phone call from the technician letting us know when we could expect their arrival. The technicians are professional and courteous and even cover their boots to keep our flooring clean. They are completely transparent with their pricing and recommendations. Cody and Travis were great! My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service and experience.read more
These guys are amazing! They were here early, worked hard and all day long. They had to remove the hot water heater to... get to the furnace pull it out and replace the A-coil, replace the floor, put it all back plus replace the outside unit. It was a long hard day for them but through it all they joked and was beyond polite. Corky showed up with banana bread, that was amazing. Wes, Bo, and Dallan were working hard the moment they walked through the door. They even swept the floor before leaving. Full Nelson will be the only plumbing, heating and cooling company I'll use from now on. Great company and great guys!read more
