I forgot to cancel my Getzschman appt as another company was able to fit us in sooner. Boy, am I glad! The other... company told me what was wrong and made another appt but left us with no A/C, plus charged a service call fee & mileage. A technician from Getzschman stopped by and not only looked it over, but also got it running at no charge! So thankful and impressed by their service.read more

He was efficient and took care of everything.Getzschman's staff walked me... through a problem over the phone a few weeks ago, even though at that time I wasn't on a maintenance plan yet.
