Thank goodness our ac was fixed in a timely manner before the Temps got in the hundreds.Unfortunately the associates... did not leave the house in the same condition that it was in when they came. There are multiple dirty greasy hand/finger prints on the walls and utility door that had been painted less tha a year before. There is a scrape on the hard wood floor that had been refinished less than a year before. And there is a big scrape on the bathroom door frame that had been painted less than a year before.We were not given any kind of receipt. And the inspection that was lined up, we missed and the inspector never rescheduled, so the work has never been inspected.I would not recommend this compny.read more

Had a condensate issue on a friend's AC that was causing water to pool in the utility room while the friend was out of... town. They came out the next day and had it fixed in a jiffy and the price was good as well! Thanks for helping out so fast!read more

Once the AC unit and parts came in from American Home Shield, they made sure to book us an appointment within a day or... two for installation.They were fantastic in the installation of our replacement AC unit and an updated furnace.They were efficient and very professional. They also were thorough in ensuring that the job was done right. Thank you HD Services, the installers (Henry and Ford), and American Home Shield. We definitely would use HD services again.read more
