It took a little while to get things scheduled but once we did the tech's were great. Friendly and efficient. ... Replaced two hot water heaters with no problems. Even checked on my humidifier and found an issue they will be back to repair. Will definately have them back.read more

I am not sure how this company receives such high ratings. The technician was in and out of the house in about 5... minutes. Misdiagnosed my system and I would've have been out of 4K had I agreed to their bogus diagnosis. Thankfully, another company fixed the simple electrical problem, and the AC is up and running.Metro: In response to your response. I did try to call to find out what was going on. I am sure you are a great company as your star rating reflects that. In my case, it was simply not a great service, it happens. Had anyone called me back to explain the problems with the system, we wouldn't be here. Lets not make a habit of retaliating to the consumer when you get a low rating based on the individual experience.read more

Metro Heating was assigned by American Home Shield to service my heatpump/hvac system. Technician arrived on 6/27 and... determined the system needed replacement. As of 7/2 no claim has been submitted to AHS. Metro was contacted on 6/29 by myself and American Home Shield and were told they were unable to get ahold of the technician but will leave an message for the technician for the claim to be submitted as they sometime have complications with the submission process. Metro was contacted again by AHS on 6/30 with the same response. 6 days later and no A/C with temperature 85+ in the house and still no update regarding status of submission/claimTwo stars due to knowledge and friendliness of technician during service.read more

They replaced my hot water heater. They were considerate and let me know when they would arrive. Kent and Nate were... courteous and very professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done. They completed the work in a timely fashion and checked to make sure I had hot water and good water pressure before they left. They took their trash with them and left everything clean. I highly recommend Metro Heating, AC, & Plumbing.read more
