The technician arrived and diagnosed the problem with my Air Conditioner within 5 minutes! Because it was such a simple fix, Volkmans didn't even charge us!

Volkman’s provided truly exceptional service. I submitted a service request on their website late Sunday night, and before 8:30 Monday morning, Logan had already called to discuss the issue and confirm he’d be coming out. Since we’re in a town about 30 minutes away, I was especially impressed by how quickly he arrived. Logan was incredibly thorough, professional, and personable. Although he determined everything was running as it should, he still went above and beyond by checking in with us multiple times afterward to make sure everything continued to go well. That level of care really stands out. We’ll absolutely continue reaching out to Volkman’s and Logan for future service needs.

Excellent service from start to finish! Juan was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issue with our AC unit and kept me informed throughout the repair. He even returned later to make sure everything was working properly so we wouldn't have a miserable night without ac. We truly appreciated his dedication and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Juan as your technician!

Juan was very punctual on his arrival time for my furnace check up. He was very polite on answering my questions about filters and when they should be changed. It gives me comfort to know everything is in working condition going into the Summer season! Thank you for your professional service.

Our furnace motor blower went out just before the major cold weather that's about to hit. They were a life-saver in getting it fixed for us right away. Amazing service!

We have used Volkman plumbing and heating for many years primarily for sewer issues! Recently we needed a sump pump replaced and just got a new high efficiency ac and furnace! As always we were very pleased! Everyone is efficient, professional, responsive in a timely manner, courteous, and tidy! Thank you Volkman for the way you conduct your business!

I appreciate the service we received at my business, Magnolias, where we had a sewer emergency! Carl and Todd worked for several hours to fix the problem. It was a huge challenge but they were able to resolve it and get us up and running again! I appreciate their professional service!

Fast, efficient, upfront. Beat their arrival and cost estimate twice. Each (separate) issue was fixed right, the first time, for cheaper than anywhere else in town. Friendly, competent techs as well. Also added plumbing and fixed a whole home humidifier (not part of estimate) for the exact estimated price. Not one penny more.
