Our furnace went out while traveling and Keith was at... our house within an hour of calling on a Saturday to get the furnace reset and functioning. Came out after hours and had my heater running in less than 15 minutes. Mind you it was -12 degrees. And it was not... expensive. 150 to come after hours. 23 for the fix. Great service.read more

100% recommend! We had an issue with our heat not keeping up. With the forecast calling for -12 degrees the next day... we needed this fixed pretty quick. Called to set up a service call and Jake was very responsive and professional finding out what our issue was and getting us on the schedule fast.Ben was our service tech and was extremely polite and had our issue diagnosed in no time. After a small repair and some reprogramming he had us up and running for a very reasonable price! 5 stars, great job guys!read more

I don't even know if Complete Heating & Air Conditioning offers the cheapest prices in the KC area. It's not worth my... time to shop around because the service and professionalism I've experienced can't be beat. I've trusted them with the keys to my house on multiple occasions and each time I've returned home to a work area cleaner than they probably found it. I'll be a customer as long as they'll let me be one.read more

Our AC stopped working this last Saturday, the first hottest day of the year. Keith was at our house within an hour... and had it diagnosed and fixed quickly. I've utilized this company multiple times over the last 10 years, and the service and responsiveness I've gotten from... them have been phenomenal.In cases where they are not able to make it out quickly, they've often given me several things to try to get things working until they can make it out.Their techs are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All quotes and services I've gotten have been reasonable compared to others in KC that charge nearly double what they do for the same work. I highly recommend this company.read more

I called this company and many others for a bid on a complete new system. Jake came to give us an estimate and the... same day we had an issue with our old AC unit and he came back and was able to make a small repair to it so we would have AC during the hot weather. I immediately decided he was an honest guy and accepted his bid. He and his employee Blake came within one week and installed the new system. We are very happy with it and their service. I would highly recommend them!read more
