Alexis arrived on time and introduced herself. She was very friendly and cheerful. She thoroughly examined my Lenox... furnace. She is very knowledgeable. She introduced me to what options I would have to install a humidifier into my heating system. I chose the AprilAir Model 700 which she offered at an excellent price which Dunco will install. I was referred by friends to have Dunco Heating & Cooling perform the preventative maintenance on my furnace this year.... I found out that the heat exchange in my furnace was cracked and I was aware that my air conditioner had a small leak in it. I was given options of things that could be done, without feeling any pressure what-so-ever. Ultimately, I decided to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. Tyler and his co-worker came out to do the installation; I was impressed with their competence, knowledge, their professionalism. I am pleased with the great job they did. Anthony, in Service and the office people were great to work with. I felt like everything went well.read more

Alexis came out to repair my AC. She immediately saw the problem--a wire that a mouse had chewed through. She gave me... options on the repair and made a trip back into town to pick up the switch to fix the problem immediately. Alexis was professional, personable, very knowledgeable, and didn't mind me asking questions about the repair. Alexis did a great job.read more

We had been without A/C for almost two weeks. I called Dunco. Joe C. came out immediately to assess the situation,... gave us a quote that was reasonable, and assured us of an installation day and time. Clayton and his team came early the day of the installation, were friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the work they were doing, and went above and beyond what most businesses do to respect our privacy and keep our house clean.
