Very happy with my plumbing service. The customer service was top notch and the crew was very knowledgeable and... provided a breakdown of the problem areas. They kept everything as mess-free as possible and did a thorough analysis to find the issues and recommended fixes. They will be my go to for any future plumbing concerns.read more

Home Heating & Cooling is a top notch company, from the owner, to the office staff and the service guys. Our furnace... died on a Friday evening. Saturday morning, the owner was here to trouble shoot for the service guys. Early Monday morning they were here and we were back on line in less than an hour. The problem was a safety switch that malfunctioned. The switch was bypassed so we could have heat. Today the switched was replaced and we are ready for summer. The service guys are friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. Home Heating andCooling is the only company I’ll ever use.read more

These guys were amazing! I called them this afternoon when I realized my furnace wasn’t working and they worked me in... and were here within an hour! Not only did the first guy show up quickly, but another guy came to help, and their boss even stopped by to check in! Beyond excellent customer service and it is obvious that they truly care about people because it is getting quite cold out and it is just before the holiday and they made time for my family! The gentlemen that were here were super nice, professional, and informative! Not only did they work us in and provide excellent service but their safety was impressive too. They discovered my ancient furnace was putting off a TON of carbon monoxide so they shut it down and offered to bring heaters over for us tonight until they could get in here tomorrow. While it’s a huge burden to have to do repairs and replacements, it actually ended up being a blessing in disguise with their carbon monoxide discovery. Thank you so much for all your help! This is an excellent company and deserves more than 5 stars!read more

We are super picky after a few issues at the beginning. We have them come out in spring and fall to check our systems.... Today, Oct 16,2023 Dalton came to check our system. He was very mindful of our dogs, very polite and professional. Let me know what he was doing. Also.. the company always text when they are on the way and always show up on time. Dalton didn’t just rush through.. felt like he checked everything even making sure to rinse the unit so the heat pump wouldn’t have issues.read more
