Brrr-illiant Service on a Below-Zero Night!My heater chose the absolute worst time to throw in the towel: -10 degrees... Fahrenheit, late on a Saturday night. Talk about a nightmare brewing! But luckily, Snyder's Heating & Cooling came to the rescue.I left a message after hours, expecting to wait until Monday for a response. But to my surprise, I got a call back within 10 minutes! Soon after, their technician Jacob arrived at my freezing house. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable.Jacob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. He explained everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience and a smile.I can't say enough about Snyder's Heating & Cooling's promptness, expertise, and friendly service. They turned a potentially miserable situation into a positive one.Five stars, hands down!read more

Jacob called ahead with an eta, he diagnosed, cleaned and checked our cooling system, it needed to have R22 added.... After completing he verified system performance. What a difference. Thank you Snyder's.read more

100% satisfaction! The two gentlemen that came out were super polite and helpful, gave great advice on how to maintain... the system and fixed everything within 20 minutes.
