Heat went out. I have the SOS maintenance plan. I received a prompt reply to my voicemail and Vincent was at my house... at 7:50am. He found the issue and it was fixed very quickly. He did a great job. I have been with SOS over 7 years and have never been disappointed. Thank you.read more

Our AC quit working during an especially bad heat wave. We knew they were probably swamped, but they had a technician... at our home within 2 1/2 hours, to our great relief. The young man was knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. Our bill for the repair was affordable and fair. I would recommend this company to anyone.read more

The people at SOS have been great to work with. Always pleasant to work with and they do what they say they're going to... do. I especially appreciate the phone call telling me their tech is on the way and they give me the person's name. I know who is coming and when. May not seem like a big deal but something I really appreciate.read more

I had a great experience with SOS after my AC went out during a heatwave. They made it out the next day, quickly... diagnosed the issue, and got things fixed in about an hour for a very reasonable price.My tech Dominic was friendly and polite, and didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs or services on me. My AC unit is 20 years old, so I was expecting a long sales pitch to replace it instead of repairing it, but all I got was a friendly heads up that I might want to be prepared to replace it sometime in the future. Whenever I do, I'll be calling SOS back!read more

I had a wonderful experience, working with all representatives of SOS H&C, whom I'd never done business with before. ... They installed a new A/C system for me, for my home. I did feel like it was a good price for a reputable brand. The installers were professional, neat, and considerate of my home and time. I worked with Jake, the front man, to get the new thermostat replaced with something more personalized, for me. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was to my liking and that I was happy with all aspects of my new install. Great Experience!!!!read more
