Werth Plumbing & Air was established in 1962 by Frank and Rosie Werth.
Justin Smith purchased the company in 2018.

Growing up in Dodge City, KS Justin is thrilled to be back closer to home. Upon completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Kansas State University in 2009, Justin relocated to the Kansas City Area to work for a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design firm known as Henderson Engineers.

There Justin excelled at his position as a refrigeration designer for large supermarkets across the nation. 3 years later Justin began working for a large commercial refrigeration company, United Refrigeration Inc. as a Sales Engineer.

His extensive knowledge about the industry and commitment to his peers was something that quickly caught on and later was promoted to the Business Development Manager where he developed and implemented growth opportunities for the business while managing and training his own team of Sales Engineers.

After graduating college Justin always looked for learning opportunities so he could not only grow as an individual, but to provide the best service to his customers using his knowledge of the industry. With the dream of owning his own business someday, Justin is now living his dream.

In July of 2018 Justin, his wife Jackie and their 1-year old son Wyatt moved to Hays, KS. As a new business owner and family in the Hays community, Justin and his family are looking forward to serving you and continuing the great legacy of the Werth family.
