Being from KC we were not familiar with any hvac companies in the Warsaw area. All American was referred to us by a friend to install a new outdoor unit and furnace, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Great customer service and attention to detail !!

These guys were fantastic! Answered the phone immediately, had someone out within an hour to get our heat back on. Not only did they fix the shorting wire causing the malfunction of the furnace, but also found improper wiring (fire hazard) from whoever installed the unit. Price was great. Communication was fantastic. They even send a text where you can track where your guy is and how far away they are. Super cool. Micheal and Ty were great to be around and very professional. I got my new hvac guys! Highly recommend.

All American Heating & Cooling in Warsaw Mo is a great company!! Always quick to get sn appointment and the staff is so friendly. They get here on time and are quick to find the problem & fix it!!

Okay I'm entitled to my opinion. And because I put my opinion on here. Just because it doesn't make them sound good. Does not mean they have the right to call me a liar. I did not lie. I just was not satisfied with what they did for $90. Which was nothing. And the guy wasn't under my house for more than 14 minutes because I timed him. That's all I'm saying. And I'm entitled to speak my mind without some business owner not liking it and calling me a liar

I called and booked appts with 2 other local companies and they both cancelled because they didn’t want to go into the crawl space in my attic. All American came, was quick, professional and inexpensive, got it fixed and made no complaints. Thank you so much !!

Honest and professional, the best service we have had locally. Last year, we used another company, who told us our system was not in warranty and quoted us another unit. American not only did the warranty for us, they did an outstanding job. We just called for a heater repair and received fast and affordable service!
