We had American Fireplace replace our existing fireplace with a gas fireplace. Eric and Travis were great to work with. Travis and his crew did an excellent job of installing the new fireplace . Protected the areas around the fireplace, left the room clean, and explained the operation of the new fireplace. Eric responded to all questions and our concerns promptly. Would highly recommend American Fireplace Company.

I bought a pellet stove and a pellet grill from them and they are the best to deal with for sure. If your in the market for either do hesitate to go to them. Wonderful people and very knowledgeable.

They have friendly customer service people who are very knowledgeable about their products. We love our pellet stove we purchased through them and had them install. I will definitely be back!

Poor quality units at a expensive price . Sent unlicensed kids to do the installation, then was rude when I had to call them to come back because the unit was leaking gas into my home !!! Did a very unprofessional job and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone !!!
