Tech arrived on time for annual maintenance, was courteous, thorough, and very meticulous about leaving everything clean and as it was before. He also explained how things looked when he was complete. This is the second time I've had Bryant come out to my home and I'm completely satisfied and would recommend them.

They definitely took care of us! Workers are always polite and wear booties/lay down carpeting when working in my home. Always prompt service and great with communication-calls, texts, emails.

The technician was able to diagnose and solve our problem in less than an hour. I called them at 11:40 to get a service request, they were at my house by 2:30, and done by 3:00pm. Knowledgeable folks who take the time to explain everything to you. 10/10 amazing work

We have used Bryant Iowa for both our home and our business. They are always very professional and great to work with. On a holiday weekend our air conditioner froze up, we called Bryant Iowa on a Saturday at 5:00 PM thinking we wouldn't hear back until Monday. We were wrong, they called us right back and were at our house within an hour and had our air back on before they left. We were so thankful because we were new parents of a newborn and panicking what to do. Duwayne and Cathy are such great people and really do care about their customers. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Bryant Iowa Heating & Cooling was a great company to work with from start to finish. We got a new furnace and ac unit and they were very quick and professional during the installation. They explained exactly what they were doing to get the units properly set up and gave tips to keep everything running efficiently in between services. Thanks DuWayne!

Very thorough service. Demonstrated (and shared because I am picky and want explanations) an understanding of how my heat pump system worked and what real servicing means, unlike two previous companies. Cleaned the probe (no one else did that) and checked the efficiency (no one else did that) of the three stage burners with test equipment and adjustments. And checked and changed the filter (no one else did that). I am very pleased and reassured that my furnace is running as efficiently as it can do. I am signing up for Bryant's service plan and look forward to having the summer servicing performed. It is a relief to have found a company that provides expert services.Update: I'm pleased I joined the service plan because I received a system error message. Bryant responded very promptly. Pat was the technician this time. He took his time thoroughly checking and analyzing inside and outside sensors. It would have been very easy to tell me I needed new sensor(s) - I wouldn't have known differently. Instead, while tracing the wiring he found a loose connection which he fixed. Very modest bill even though the service was only about an hour after I called. No padded out bill for parts I didn't need. This is an honest company!
