Always apprehensive about having service people come to our home. Some in the past have been very unpleasant or did shoddy work. Not the case with Calvin & Owen. They were on their game, courteous, and above all - honest! Told me about an incorrect part that was ordered and brought out by mistake - something I never would have known or discovered. On the day they returned with the right coil, it was Nate (I believe) and Owen doing the work. Our new cooling system works great.Will recommend this company to anyone needing their services!

Shawn was the first tech that took his time to inspect my unit AND then he took the time to explain to me what he found out. I signed a yearly contract in a hurry...couldn't be happier

Donaldo Mendoza is an incredible person! Knowledge, Charismatic, kind, and made the process of servicing our water heater easy, and informative. He went an above and beyond by helping explain to a new homeowner how best to maintain our equipment, and what to lookout for. If I ever need and plumbing assistance again I WILL be calling and asking for Donaldo again! Thank You!! 11/10 should recommend!!

Climate Control came out today and replaced my water heater and serviced my air conditioner. Brently Palmer and Dexter did a great job and explained all of my options to me. They were very thorough and cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely have Climate Control come back out when I need them!

This week we have had climate control plumbing (Keith) and HVAC (Justin) out for our spring maintenance. Both were absolutely wonderful. Keith is always so friendly, remembers us and always makes sure there is nothing else needed while here. Justin went above and beyond to make sure our system stays running effectively, offer us additional services needed and answered all of our questions patiently. He spent so much time caring for our system and never seemed bothered by my 2 year old constantly bothering him. Even the girl when I call is always friendly, patient and never makes me feel rushed. I wouldn’t trust our system to anyone else.

Quite thorough with work and clear with explanations. Today's tech, Justin, was very thorough and most helpful.Told me what was not running perfectly, but said immediate repair not needed. And told me what I could do to keep things running as well as possible.

Incredible customer service from their techs and scheduling/office personnel. We needed an entire unit this summer…not only did they tailor the system to our needs, the technicians were available after the fact to answer my questions. Not only did that, there were several technicians on-site and who are now familiar with our install. Every call to the main number is met with a smiling voice on the other end - so nice to talk to someone in customer service whose mission is to make sure you have the best experience possible. To take it a step further, I asked a question on their website on a Sunday and they responded that night! Rave reviews all around for this company!

Brently Palmer went above and beyond to make sure he got the part and had everything fixed in an efficient and professional manner. He went above and beyond to explain everything in detail to me!Had Kyle Bryant come out tonight and not only was he such a pleasant person to work with, he explained everything and showed pictures to help educate me on what was going on. Julian was very professional & polite. After the maintenance he provided us a list of options he would suggest to keep our system functioning properly. Didn’t feel pressured to make a decision immediately. Great addition to the team!!November 2023We are part of the maintenance program and Kyle was the technician assigned last week. He provided a very precise breakdown of what we needed to ensure our furnace would continue to perform including numerous photos. We felt very comfortable when we made the decision to upgrade our system. The new system was installed quickly— sending a big shout out out to Dexter & Caleb for their great work! We’ve been a customer since 2010 and don’t plan on going anywhere! Keep up the great work CC!

Julian came from climate control today and was very thorough in his recommendations, explanations of needed service and work that he did. Honestly, this restored my faith in the company as the last couple years has been mediocre. I understand they have a new manager and many new employees that are learning to do quality work. the other thing that happened recently was when I called and asked why I had not been notified that it was time to do my prepaid inspection. The woman that I spoke with on the phone said “we have too many customers to do that“. As I said, my service today was excellent, and I will continue to use them in the future.

Christy was excellent with customer service, she was very empathetic and had a positive attitude from the start and finish of the call, she assured me they would be able to have someone come out to service my AC unit pretty quickly (less than 2hrs). Kyle the technician also excluded excellent customer service and was very thorough and explained everything to me without me feeling stupid. Kyle stayed the whole time until they were able to schedule someone to come out and give me a quote. I truly appreciate the awesome and efficient customer service both individuals displayed and they did not make me feel stupid or rush through anything! Thank you for working in these hot hot temperatures! I will continue to refer others in need to Climate Control!
