This company is quick to respond; much appreciated! The man who came out, John Reyna, was FANTASTIC. Respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Spotted a problem outside of his service and reported it to us so we could be aware. 10/10 service.

Incredible experience with Comfort Systems. AC stopped working during a stretch of extreme heat. Service Tech Micheal Wright came out immediately and fixed the issue. He was polite, professional and most importantly gave my dogs attention.

The Technician, Michael that resolved my A/C issue was professional as to his approach at diagnosing the problem. He was knowledgeable and had the technical skills to remedy the issue. Michael was excellent at customer service. Jody and Jill also represent the company well. Thanks to all!

Fantastic work completed by the team at Comfort Systems. I am a director for Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City in charge of our Home Preservation Services. Comfort Systems was contracted to install a furnace in 2021 for a homeowner in need. The homeowner contacted us recently and indicated the unit was not working correctly. I called the office and spoke to Jodi. She was fantastic and had a technician to the home the next morning. It was a simple fix and Hannah clearly communicated to me what repairs were required. I was very happy once again with the service the entire team provided to help a very deserving homeowner in the Kansas City community get heat back to her home. Thank you Comfort Systems!

Kris and Bryan got the old water heater out with minimal fuss and the new water heater in! They modeled commitment to getting the job completed. Thank you for great customer service. We've used Comfort Systems to replace both our air conditioning and hot water heater. I highly recommend them!

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Logan and our service tech Hannah! My moms heater had gone on the fritz right at the first cold spell of the season (imagine that 🤪) I got referred to them by a family friend, made a call Saturday and spoke with Logan who was super understanding and told me he would send a tech right over. That’s where we had the pleasure of meeting Hannah! She went through everything and explained everything that was asked. Well we thought we had it taken care of but later that night it went on the fritz again. Made a call and right over they came again. Overall it was a pleasure working with this company and knowing that they get the job done right! Definitely recommend and will be calling them first if anything is to ever arise again.

We recently had our ac system fail. We had several qoutes from different companies . None were even close to the quality and price and service we recieved from Comfort systems heating and cooling in Belton. Call them you will not be disappointed in the least.

Comfort Systems has been the only HVAC company we've used for many years. I can depend on them to give me prompt service even on their busiest days. Their technicians are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and their price is always reasonable. If the problem cannot be resolved on first call, which is rare, they will get parts, if needed, and return asap.

2 days & nights without C/A & with temps 100+. Spoke with Jodie Monday @ 8AM. I was starting to panic due to no sleep. Jodie arranged for service 8:30/9. Jackson was prompt.organized in his assessment diagnosed the problem, was thorough in his answers to my questions. When he left unit was working. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Panic is subsiding and my cats will be comfortable today.
