Sarah from the office took our call and displayed excellence in customer service. A welcome change after bad experiences with franchises that use a comm center and are quite poor. She kept in touch as promised and delivered! Master Tech Jon came out as planned and did a thorough eval of our problems which were complex. I know enough to know that he didn't make up fake problems just for an extra buck. The price was not cheap, but we got more service than we have ever gotten from any other company. We have an old house so we need lots of ongoing repairs. Jon covered the works. He was polite, careful, diligent, and efficient. Most of all, he kept after the problems until they were 100% resolved. He was able to handle our situation without making a million calls to someone else for advice. We got our money's worth! I can't say enough about what a refreshing change this was from what is now the norm in services. There are so many companies that are difficult to get real help from, and do poor service. With Dick Ray you get what you pay for, which is absolutely fair. If you want real service at a cost that makes sense, this should be your first phone call--you won't regret it!

Very sweet and knowledgeable. He’s the one who originally found that my last/old furnace was dangerously to turn due to possible carbon monoxide leaks and he also saw to it that that toilet would get fixed. so he deemed it unsafe so he disabled it. Excellent service very informative. Very nice guy getting me more help tomorrow. Helluva guy!Wonderful caring personAttach carbon monoxide leak dornell caught and shut it down until repaired or replaced, luckily I had turned my furnace on yet!I added a pic of the bracket on the left of vent that dornell added to keep the cold air return from banging. It wasn’t easy. He had to act like a contortionist 😳😂 to get the job done. BUT he didn’t it and it workedDick Ray also did a lot of plumbing jobs for me.Eric had to put a new toilet in because my last plumber left me with (see attachedYep a leaking toilet.There were a few complications because the toilet was very stubborn but luckily Eric came back and took care of the issue.If there’s any problem there happy to come back. Their goal and promise is customer satisfaction.Great job guys!

Classic bait and switch quoted $79 over phone tech arrives and says that’s only for preferred customers and charged me $330 I have called Fox 4 and let them know as well

Tremendously fast response in challenging conditions. Extensive gas pipe work competed same day so we did not have to go through a 2nd night without furnace or hot water. Greatly appreciate the expertise and effort!

These guys were super fast to respond, and sent their guys out the same day I called to give us a quote for a water filter system. The installation was only two business days after that and was flawless. David consulted with us and did the install and he was super knowledgeable and did a great job!

I reached out to them to fix a sink that had broken and started spraying water all over my office. Loved how informative and nice your plumber was, I will be using your company again. I loved how upfront the company is about the cost of repairs. Scott came out and got to work! We had a leak in the upstairs toliet. His professionalism to the issue was great. Reassured us that the situation was under control. Made the repairs and cleaned up like we never had an issue. Explained the yearly plans that would include having a professional like him to take care of us should the need arise in the future, so we jumped on that!
