As usual, they sent someone out quite quickly when I called for service. The tech was business-like but friendly enough and very willing to share both his troubleshooting logic and a suggested solution, teaching me more about how furnaces work in the process. Though rather complex disassembly was required, he fixed the problem quickly and--since no new parts were required--charged it as a maintenance call. Amazingly, he didn't give me the usual "It might work for now but it's getting old, so do you want me to connect you with a member of our sales team?" routine. One star off for high prices (not the tech's fault), but then again, their pricing is in line with the rest of the industry and I'm sure it costs a lot of money to run a business like this.

Every encounter I have had with an Envirotech employee has been a positive one, today was no exception. My AC went out suddenly, and I called to see if I could get someone out to service it. Shortly after being told it could be several hours before someone could get here, Nathan called and said he would be out in about 30 minutes. He was quickly able to identify the problem and had it fixed very quickly, all the while being very kind, courteous, and professional. I am a very satisfied customer!

Antony Benavides answered the emergency line in the evening last night because my thermostat has been acting up and wasn't working properly on a Friday night. He talked me through the problem, as best as possible, and then offered to fit me in on Saturday, the following day. He then called that afternoon and promptly came over. Serviced and fixed the thermostat, and then checked the furnace and outside air conditioning unit. He communicated all my options and did the required work right then. Awesome customer service. I've used Envirotech for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. Thank you Envirotech.

We scheduled Envirotech to perform A/C maintenance for our house. DJ came by and was great! He was great about explaining what he was doing and courteous about our house and dogs. He did a great job with the maintenance and we're super happy with the work.

I am a repeat customer of Envirotech. My HVAC was making strange noise when I called. They sent a technician on the same morning. The technician was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I also appreciate that he didn't try to sell me other packages or services. All in all a great experience.

Air went out on Sunday, contacted Envirotech Monday, brand new AC and furnace fully installed on Tuesday. World class customer service, competitive pricing, and a joy to deal with throughout the process. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Envirotech was awesome! The tech was very courteous and professional. Extremely knowledgeable and confident in his work and got our A.C. back up and running. They also got to our call very quickly and did a thorough job. Their service was so great I just signed up for their maintenance plan! Couldn’t speak more highly of them.

Paul was great! He called me when he was on his way and asked if it was ok that he would be early. I showed him where things were and left him to do his thing. Very unobtrusive (my husband and I both work from him). He let me know the condition of things and was just easy to work with.

Zach, Blake & Philip were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when they I replaced our heating and air conditioning systems. I felt like the price was fair. They got the job done efficiently and we were able to schedule it quickly which was nice because we had family coming to town. Would recommend.

We were out of town and realized our heat was off/not working and with cold weather approaching we did not want any pipes to burst. I had my father meet Nathan Allen from Envirotech at my home. Nathan Allen was timely, professional and honest. He made the repairs that were necessary and informed us of potential issues that we may see in the future with, as our furnace was an older system. Great work and great people. I will definitely use Envirotech and Nathan Allen again in the future.

Mr. Paul Becker was on time very good at telling us what he was going to and went about the service in my opinion in a professional way. When he was finished he took time to tell us about the condition of our heating system and answered our questions. I feel the price is a good value for the quality of service provided. Recommend other people try the company.

We have used Envirotech Heating and Cooling to replace 2 units in our home about 3 years ago. We have always been pleased with the service technicians, office personnel and salesmen that assist us. Paul Becker was here this morning doing the fall checkup on both. He was courteous, offered helpful information and was very easy to work with as he completed his tasks.
