I have had G.M.Air out to my home to repair and replace my A/C. Very professional and prompt, gave me the news that my A/C was going to have to be replaced. Gave me payment options and did the job quickly. Now I’m in need of a new heating system installed, so I just called G.M.Air again to get the great service that they provided when I needed it. I can’t recommend Paco and company enough! I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

During a winter vortex, our heat went out and I was nervous that I wouldn’t reach anyone due to how late it was. At 9pm until almost 11pm, Paco was talking with me over the phone and FaceTiming to help troubleshooting our system, and determined, that he would need to come out. He came out the next day on time and got it working like it was before! When I asked him how much I owed, the price was shockingly much lower than I thought! I do believe he’s got the best intentions for his customers and does not take advantage when they don’t understand something. He replaced our thermostat, 10 foot of wiring outside, and a couple of fuses after testing them within less of an hour.

This Company is the best! He is always there in a timely manner, polite, and so Kind! I replaced an entire unit with an upgrade. It was very affordable compared to other companies and installed in a timely manner. I’ve had to call him several times before The new unit and he was always out within 24 to 48 hours! I would recommend this company to everyone! They will not disappoint!

We were referred to GM Air by family members after receiving several quotes that left us feeling confused as well as waiting for parts/service dates. GM was a saving grace for our family in the dead of summer when our A/C went out. Paco was quick to respond to our initial call for service and advised us on the best option for our situation. We went with Pacos advice for our unit and the A/C was replaced in half the time compared to other quotes. Months later we are very glad we went with the suggestion from Paco as we have noticed the larger unit is much more efficient for our home. We will recommend GM to anyone in need of Heating or Air repairs. Thank you Paco!

I was worried that it would take days to get the air conditioner replaced, etc. It was done within 24 hours. My only concern is that Home Serve really needs to "explain" the fine print more on their service contracts. I have always been leary about these types of warranties for various reasons. I am glad that the new air conditioner is guaranteed for 10 years; that is a relief to a home owner. Paco Gonzales was very cordial and knowlegable about the work he completed.

My name is Frank Rodriguez from 13932 East Hawthorne Court. I selected GM Air Condition and Heating, after analyzing 9 estimates, I selected this company based on quality of the HVAC unit and a 10 years parts and labor warranty. In addition, the estimate was not only competitive but also the lowest. The installation appointment was set for arrival between 8.00AM and 9.00AM. They arrived promptly at 8.15 AM and completed the whole installation by 4.00PM. They had projected a completion of one and a half days. The other companies that provided estimates projected a 2 to 3 days for completion. The outstanding workmanship, dedication and enthusiasm were evident throughout the entire work day. I highly recommend this company for the installation of a central air conditioner or the installation of a central heating system. The price was outstanding, the job completion exceeded my expectations and the quality of the work was among the best. Once again, thank you to G. M Air-conditioning and Heating and their employees!!!

I do not ever write reviews. But I wanted to take a moment to give Paco, Manuel and Alex the kudos they deserve. I am beyond impressed with the professional and impeccable service, from start to finish, that I received from G.M. heating and air service.From start to finish, the complete install took maybe a total of 4 hours. I was given all my warranty items needed in a nice plastic envelope (to ensure they would be safe), the crew cleaned up the site after completing the work, they came out to test the unit (when it was warmer) as promised and I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know. It's difficult to find honest and reputable companies who live up to their promise, G.M. heating and air do. Thank you, gentlemen, for the outstanding job you guys completed. I'm so happy with my new unit!!

Love G.M. Air. Trust the high ratings they have on here. Professional, friendly, knowledgable, and not all all pushy. My furnace started to have issues late last fall and they came by and took a look. Cleaned the heat flame sensor and things ran again, but they told me that the fix might only be temporary due to the unit I had. They were not pushy and were happy to let me ride out the simple fix if that's what worked for me. Sure enough, the fix was temporary and I needed to get the unit repaired or replaced recently. Paco came by and checked the unit again and confirmed that it was time for repair or replacement. He helped me weigh my options without pushing me one direction or the other and we ended up replacing the unit. His team came by a few days later and were in and out within a couple hours. Heat is working great again!
