I have used Ladd Service Company for many years. They have always been very professional and willing to respond quickly when needed. Yesterday, my furnace was not putting out heat. Ladd sent Austin out that afternoon and the repair was completed that afternoon. Austin was willing to drive to NKC to get the part I needed and repair the same day. Ladd and Austin went beyond their duty and provided me the heat I needed immediately. I am ever so grateful!

Sara in the office talked me off the ledge. I was a basket case. Austin R was very careful and kind. Very thorough and explained everything. Heater fixed!!. Heater breaking on the day of the biggest snowfall was not ideal. But Ladd company, you were there for us. Thank you again❤️

I want to give a huge shout-out to Dave B. and Austin D. for doing an excellent job on installing shower hardware in our bathtub! We thought we always had bad water pressure due to our old pipes, but once Dave & Austin got our new hardware in place we had great water pressure! We've worked with Ladd ever since we moved to KCK in 2001, and we've had Dave come out several times, and the work has always been excellent. In these days of spotty customer service in so many businesses, Ladd stands out as one of "The Good Ones!"

Ladd has done a few home projects for me now. I was sold on them the very first project. I converted a spare bedroom to a washer dryer room. So they installed the plumbing and 220 electrical. The plumbing work was flawless, but the tech broke my 220v. I had to pay an electrician to fix it and he showed me what the Ladd tech did wrong.But here's where I became sold on Ladd. Some vendors would just claim "not our fault" and take your money and run. Ladd Co. stood behind their work, once they verified with the electrician, they reimbursed me the full cost of the electrician work. Vendors are going to make mistakes from time to time, but it's the vendors that take full accountability that you want to hang on to for return business.

I have used Ladd for 25 years for various homes. I highly recommend them. The twice a year check-up for a reasonable fee is a good deal. I really appreciate the tech Austin also. Thanks for what you do.

Around July 10th of this year, had LADD out to put together a proposal for a new air conditioner. Ours was 16 years old (typical life cycle is about 15 years), and last 4 summers had been limping it along. Had a bad problem with condensate overflows in the house. Roger the salesman put a proposal together and we kept in touch. Told him I maybe needed more than a month to continue to get finances in order, even though the quotes were only good for 30-days he said he would work with me. We had planned for Friday August 18th to execute the proposal. I sent my signed proposal via email that afternoon, only to get an out of office reply from Roger that he was on vacation. 24 hours later, our A/C decided it was done for good in the middle of that ridiculous 2023 heat wave. Got up to 90 degrees in the house both Saturday and Sunday. I called LADD's office right at 7:30 when they opened Monday morning and explained the situation. They double checked and decided they could still honor the proposal that was over 30-days at no extra cost (they see quarterly increases some times in their industry). Luck would have it they were able to locate the York units in Wichita and have them coordinated to be installed first thing in the morning the following Tuesday. Install crews showed up at 6:30, and had the new unit up and running by 11:15 that morning. They even sent a technician out on Monday morning to see if there was anything they could do to the old unit to get me one more day free of the heat. Then a few days later they sent me a box of cookies and two nice coffee mugs with their logo to tell ME thanks for business. In the modern world of customer service, you don't see that sort of thing happen. From Friday afternoon to lunch time on Tuesday there were various opportunities where they could have looked after themselves and said "sorry, we can't do that", but instead they truly put the customer first.

We had a new furnace and a/c installed in July, 2023 by Ladd Service Company and are very happy with their service and installers, P.J. and Michael! They were prompt, friendly and quick to get the job completed in less than one day! I always call this company for all my repairs and or replacements! All the staff has been superior, starting with the first contact on the phone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Austin came out and did a tune-up. He was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was checking. I will definitely use Ladd for my future AC needs

During the frigid cold snap on 12/22-12/24, where temps were below 0, the motor went out on our furnace. After going without heat for 36 hours and the temperature of our house dropping to 50 degrees, I decided enough is enough. I called and spoke with Mike, the after hours technician and he came out two hours later. Within a few hours, our house was warming up and we were thawing out. I called several other companies and no one could come out for four days. We all had been sick with the crud that had been going around and didn’t feel well. Being sick is bad enough but being sick and cold is a whole new level of miserable. I am thankful for the quick response and the availability of having Mike come out. We will be having Ladd come out in the spring to service our system before we turn on the AC
