Yes they do good work, but they do not respond in a timely manner my wife called them in September to service our furnace and its now January and still not done it's working but that's not the point same thing happened when we serviced the Air conditioning it was July or later when they got to us.

I called because our HVAC system was dead. Brandon got here lightning fast! I thought it would be afternoon but he was here in less than 20 minutes. Great company, very responsive and friendly.

My Co2 alarm was going off. The FD in my town and Bethany couldn't help me. I called Nelson's and he came so fast! I do not live in Bethany, he said he was close and stopped to check for a leak! He didn't have to do that! I am so appreciative of this act of kindness. I asked what I owed and he said nothing. Thank you so much for easing my mind and helping out!

They are amazing. Professional yet friendly!! Very rasonably priced! After they installed a ventless heater in our dog kennel we couldn't get it to light. They came right out. The issue was not their fault in any way but they fixed it at no charge!!

Called them and literally within a few HOURS.. not days, not weeks.. HOURS, they were at my house and fixed my AC problem. Very helpful! When I left work that morning it was 82° in my house, when I returned home it was at 68° (where I had it set)!! It felt like heaven walking in the house

Great value. Called at 8:30 in the morning as my ac unit outside was not working. They got it going in less then an hour. As I called they didn't know when they may be able to do it but managed to get to me fast within 4 hours. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable to what to do. Was also expecting to pay a lot more then I did.
