Hired to put in fireplace chimney and they also put in a cold air vent without our permission that cannot be closedCold air coming into house when called them to ask about it got avery rude response and was told if you don't like it cap it. Real professional , my advise hire someone else.

If I could give zero stars I would. They installed a heat pump system in my father's house a couple years ago, and the system has had nothing but problems since. There is clearly issues with installation, have tried getting them to come fix it, they sent someone out, obviously at my father's expense for a service call, the tech confirmed there is a freon leak, but wouldn't fix it, and added more freon... INTO A KNOWINGLY LEAKING SYSTEM (which is illegal) also charged him for the freon. The woman who answered the phone in the office was EXTREMELY rude with my father, even saying "what do you care, you didn't pay for it" (yes, my father had to use a community assistance program to replace his system at the time) which the community pays for. So they knowingly did an extremely less than subpar job installing the system, won't stand by their work, make illegal moves, disrespectful, and charge you an arm and a leg to fill a confirmed leaking system with freon and charge ya $500 for it on top of a service call when they don't even fix the issue.. 100/10 Do NOT recommend.

I live about 45 minutes away. I have an older home with 4 fireplaces. I needed them inspected. They came out and did an inspection and evaluation of my fireplaces....NO CHARGE. They also emailed me a full report on the status of my fireplaces and what my options were. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Very professional, really check things over to make sure what problem is and fix. They follow up to make sure the repair is good before leaving! Very very kind and professional! All staff are very friendly and try to accommodate your schedule with theirs. I highly recommend this company.

Waited 2 days for my appointment with this company for my furnace to be serviced.The technician arrived, ignored the sign on my door which asks for entrants into my home to please put on a mask. When asked if he had a mask, the technician replied “no”. When offered one, he refused, informed me that his employer doesn’t require employees to wear masks and told me that if I want him to wear a mask while he’s in MY HOME, I can find somebody else to do the job.Stunned at this ignorance and unbelievable lack of respect and professionalism, I made a call into the office, asked to speak with the owner who was apparently unavailable, left a message and never received a call back. I’m happy to have paid your competitor for not only their fast service and job well done, but also for their common sense.
