Called late in the day and they had a technician out early the next morning. Alan from Rutt’s worked quickly and efficiently to get my system up and running. Very reasonable price and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

I call in for 10 days ago schedule to repair my air central told me have technician come out on Wednesday fix it and call twice back speak to Michael technician don’t know when get to it even he doesn’t know exact date. It a very poor service and quality not recommended.

Came out to fix our AC while we weren't Home. As hard as it is to trust people going in and our while we weren't home I had no problem Trusting them!

I’m very upset with the customer service of this business. We have been talking to them since August about a heating and air system for our upstairs. They came quickly to look and give us a quote. We decided to go with their services right away. We have been calling since September for an installation date. We continue to get the run around and now no one will return our calls. I bet we’ve called over 100 times. We have no heat in our bedrooms and it’s the dead of winter. Super disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I've called 3 times now to get a heating system for one of my tenants repaired. Nobody called or showed on Friday, nobody called or showed yesterday and nobody has called or shown up today. No idea if they're going to get to my repair and they didn't even get it fixed right the first time.I'd go elsewhere but I cannot find another company locally that services boiler systems. I don't think I would recommend them to anyone for HVAC service or installation. Very unprofessional bunch.In addition .... they don't even trust their clients. Made me feel like a criminal when it came to billing me for the service. I'll try to take my business elsewhere.

We are 2nd generation Rutts customers but this year despite numerous calls since September, requesting semi annual check up and filter replacement, no one has been available to make the house call. They keep saying we are on "the list". Must be mighty long. Pretty upset at the moment.

Very timely, and knowledgeable!!! Price was definitely reasonable. Not only did he clean out the filter, fan, and piping, he explained why it all happened and how I can prevent it in the future so I don't have to call for this problem again. Seriously, any company that intentionally tells you how to avoid having to call them and save money is a good company in my book!
