We had a brand-new Furnace installed into our home by Shannon Heating & Cooling, Inc., the furnace unit was ordered and... installed within two days of confirming the quote given to us by Matt. The communication with the installation guys was top notch, installation itself was done with great care and consideration to our home. The installation area was left clean with no trace anyone was ever there! I would always recommend Shannon's to anyone looking for repair or a new heating and cooling unit. They treat you like family and have always come when called upon! Mountain Grove and surrounding areas are blessed to have them serving our communities!read more

We just had Shannon Heating & Air service our AC unit. The employee that came out was efficient, but lacking in... communication. We expected to have to pay a bit, as we at least knew something waa going on with main components, but we're shocked to get a $800 plus bill. I simply called them up and we kindly discussed the fact that more communication would have been helpful. Bob made things right, restoring my faith in them. I wasn't simply seeking to pay less money, though that was a concern, but he was gracious in hearing me out about his tight lipped (yet professional) employee and the need to tell customers what you are doing and what to expect so they can in turn have options.read more

My ac went out and one company told me it would be 4-6 weeks before they could get to me, in the middle of a heatwave.... I called Shannon and they got a system installed two days after I called. They were fast, professional, did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. New system is great.read more

We called Shannon's to come service our A/C and they were close by and came over quickly which was nice. We told them... up front our insurance company would pay them. They looked at the unit and couldn't figure out what the problem was. They used a meter to check freon and it was beeping off and on nothing consistent so all they said was there was a leak somewhere maybe...He then said I'll add freon to see if that works which A/C only ran until the end of that day. We called our insurance company, and they sent a new repairman out and he found they found the problem right away and ordered parts, there was no leak to be found, Shannon's then sent us A BILL FOR JUST UNDER $300 and never fixed the issue or gave us a reason why it wasn't working to begin with, but they were persistent on us paying this crazy high bill and threatened to send us to collections. We did pay it FINALLY, even though our insurance said we shouldn't pay since they didn't fix anything or offer to return to fix it. I MANAGE A BUSINESS AND WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER THIS WAY. BUT A CLOSE TO $300 BILL to just add freon as a temporary solution wrong.!read more

I've used Shannon Heating and Cooling a few times. They have been pretty decent for the most part. Their communication... could be a little better but the reason I'm leaving this review if because of the following. I have an Airbnb in town and I received word from my guest that the heat stopped working and they made other arrangements for the next evening. I called Shannon heating & cooling. Once they got there my cleaning lady told them a door that had been left open and she believed that was the reason the heat was keeping up. They stayed 15 minutes to monitor and then let me know. I told them to send the bill. I was expecting $75 as that's usually a standard service call fee and I think for 15 minutes of just waiting isn't bad. They ended up charging me $150 for that 15 minutes and when I called to ask about it they said it is what it is. I've decided based on this I'm no longer using them in the future and I would advise if you are in the market you shop around.Update: The owner called me and said due to the short time he would reduce the bill to $75 but in the future to know that all service calls are $150 minimum.read more
