We were told our issue was under warranty and nothing was owed, then were sent a bill of over $1500 when even the statement says covered under warranty. Nobody discussed price beforehand other than telling us it was covered under warranty. Nothing signed, or even quoted. We've used snyders for years but everything has gone downhill with whomever their current receptionist is. She's extremely rude and never calls back or passes on messages she says she will. Used to be great, but now I'm just left with questions and being ghosted. Whenever I call, I'm always polite including the last time when I told her I was waiting on a call back from a manager for my question to be answered because she didn't know and she gave me a rude reply and hung up on me.

Snyder’s responding the next day after I found that another company charged me $426 and left a lint clog in my dryer duct. Snyder’s employees quickly and professionally cleared the obstruction and charged less the half of the previous company.

These guys are great and so helpful. Totally explain everything they’re doing and why and even, if it’s available, explain the options. You pay for what you get and this is worth every penny.

Snyder’s Plumbing Heating and Cooling is our “Go-To” business to keep our home comfortable! They have provided assistance and information to us when we moved to a new home with unfamiliar heating/cooling system. They have shown us prompt, affordable, quality service. We recently had them replace a couple of toilets and could not be happier with the plumber and his attention to detail and friendly yet professional attitude. Highly recommend!!

My total review with Snyder heating and cooling. I could not thank them more and more for cleaning out our vents Very professional I want to thank them because I had to leave in an emergency. They locked at my house and I truly appreciated that they deserve a big thank you I will always call On Snyder heating and cooling from Platte city Missouri. Great people.

Was recommended this company by my sister, and I can’t say enough good things. Put in an online request, and they had someone out to do a diagnosis less than 24 hours later. Mackenzie was very helpful, and kept us in the loop about what was happening and what we needed to do. I will be a forever customer of Snyder’s from now on. 10/10!!!

Kyle and Devin installed a new A/C unit at our home and were FABULOUS!! Very polite and considerate, as well as efficient! I would highly recommend Snyders for any HVAC or plumbing needs!!

Brrr-illiant Service on a Below-Zero Night!
My heater chose the absolute worst time to throw in the towel: -10 degrees Fahrenheit, late on a Saturday night. Talk about a nightmare brewing! But luckily, Snyder's Heating & Cooling came to the rescue.
I left a message after hours, expecting to wait until Monday for a response. But to my surprise, I got a call back within 10 minutes! Soon after, their technician Jacob arrived at my freezing house. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable.
Jacob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. He explained everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience and a smile.
I can't say enough about Snyder's Heating & Cooling's promptness, expertise, and friendly service. They turned a potentially miserable situation into a positive one.
Five stars, hands down!

Ethan did a fantastic job at Snyder’s Htg & Air. On time, friendly and helpful.. Was informative on how to keep the system running efficient as well how to change air the air filter and what to watch for. Wonderful tech and super respectful and kind. Thanks so much!!

Jacob called ahead with an eta, he diagnosed, cleaned and checked our cooling system, it needed to have R22 added. After completing he verified system performance. What a difference. Thank you Snyder's.

100% satisfaction! The two gentlemen that came out were super polite and helpful, gave great advice on how to maintain the system and fixed everything within 20 minutes. Value was absolutely excellent and much cheaper than I thought it would be! Will be using again and recommended to everyone!!! A++
