I had pipe leaking in one of my rental units and Vanderlinden services fixed the problem. They were prompt and left no mess. I also had a drain problem on one of my air conditioner units. It was a problem that I have had looked at before but it was never solved. Vanderlinden services found the problem and fixed it the right way. I would recommend them very highly for their prompt and professional service.

A couple of weeks after I called Vander Linden Services to get on their list for a fall furnace check, I received a call back from the technician to schedule a date and time. He arrived on time, completed the tune-up, and reported the results. The technician was polite and appeared knowledgeable. I would call again for future a/c furnace work.

I have used Vander Linden Services for both residential HVAC and plumbing needs and they are great to work with. Communication is clear and they respond quickly. I called inches morning to have a customers a/c unit looked at as well as my own personal home unit looked at. I received notice early that afternoon that the technicians were on there way. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and good at there job. They had both units blowing cool in no time. As the owner of a Remodeling and Handyman Service, I only use Vander Linden Services for all my heating and a/c needs. Keep up the great work guys!

Vander Linden detailing brought our care back to it's shinning glory . I would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting a great looking car. He was very thorough, and did an amazing job. If you are looking for cheap and inexperienced, go else where.

They responded promptly. They were professional and helpful. I had a particularly challenging drain leak. They kept working at it until they fixed it. They showed me how I could fix a couple other things myself if I wanted to. My HVAC system is getting old. Austin explained the different options I have and what they cost. I don’t know how their prices compare to others, but I see them as a good value for my needs.

We had a cast iron pipe that was completely cracked through the bottom. The team at Vander Linden services was top notch. They were incredibly responsive and quick to fix our problem. Everything was handled professionally and with care. There is no other team that we would recommend when it comes to home repair.
